The Spark
We realized that for every hour a coach spent inspiring a young athlete, they spent two hours wrestling with spreadsheets, chasing payments, and organizing schedules. The administrative burden was suffocating the very spirit of grassroots sport. We saw passionate individuals burning out, not because they lost their love for the game, but because the logistics were overwhelming.
