Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Stadion as a Data Controller: For the personal data of our direct customers (club managers, administrators) who sign up for our service, Stadion acts as the Data Controller.
Stadion as a Data Processor: For the data of athletes, members, and staff that our customers input into the Stadion platform, the Club/Customer is the Data Controller, and Stadion acts as the Data Processor. We process this data solely on behalf of the Club and in accordance with their instructions.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and strict access controls.
